Premium Fay. To encourage employees in under- �� ta.king outsi�e study to the end that they may per£orm their duties in a more eff°icient manner, a system of premium pay, over a.nd above established. p�y scheraules, is hereby established. Premium pc.y is allowable for completed courses of approved subjects at e.ccredited schools and is fixed at $1.00 per month for each semester hour of work satisfactorily completed by the employee. 1V[aximum premium pay is fixed at $20.00 per month, A semester hour is defined as one hour of classroom work -5- ' . t per week fbr one s�me.st�r or 18 weeks, plus necessa,ry outaide study. Blue Cross Pa.yment.
