RESOLUTION N0. 61-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MATZ'ER OF THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF CORTLAND
AVENUE, LOUISE AVENUE, AND CHECK �VENUE, EASTERLY
OF WRIGHT ROAD,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve i
as follows:
� Wi�RE�S, a report on the proposed improvement, to wit: the �
construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, complete in place,
including manholes, pump station, and all incidental and appurtenant
work, all as shown on Plan No, 1g61-L-2, has been prepared by the City
Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood as
provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code cited as "special
Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of i931 I
as amended, as directed by the City Council at its regular meeting of
May 2, 1961,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: �
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby I
approve said report and order that said report be filed with the City
Clerk. � �
2. Tnat the City Council does hereby fix the 15th day of ;
August, 1961, at the hour of 7;30 p,m. as the day and hour, and the Councill
Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bu113s Road, Lynwood, California, as the '
place when and where any and all persons interested may appear before I
said City Council and be heard on any matter pertainin� to said report. '
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice as pre-
scribed by Section z851 of said Streets and Highways Code, referred to
and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority %
� Protest Act of 1931," as amended, to all persons designated in said section�
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th d of July, 1961. i
