REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MAY 6, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilson called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
8:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Capra moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Ms. Wong and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member- Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra, Wilson
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 15, 2008, as presented.
B. THIRD QUARTER TREASURER'S REPORT, REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE
SUMMARY REPORTS
Received and filed the March 2008 Treasurer's Report and Third Quarter Revenue
and Expenditure Reports.
C. THIRD QUARTER BUDGET AMENDMENT
Approved the third quarter budget amendment and amended the adopted budget
accordingly.
D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -938 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 08 -938, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $62,530.00 DEMAND NOS. 3511 THROUGH 3515.

7. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Anonymous Temple City resident commented on a statement in the City Manager's Report
concerning possible mediation meetings with representatives of the Piazza and the
expectation that only 2 Agency Members would be in attendance. She expressed her feeling

that there is nothing to negotiate and if such a meeting is held, all 5 Members should be
present.
Mary Burke, Temple City resident, questioned why the third quarter financial reports and
budget amendments were on both the City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency
agendas.
Financial Services Manager Molina responded that each entity has its own budget and
produced its own report.

The Community Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:13 p.m. to Wednesday,
May 14, 2008, 7:00 p.m., for a Budget Study Session.
