CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-33
RESOLUTION APPROVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
COUNTY ROAD 19 FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to construct improvements to the sanitary sewer force
main along Co. Rd. 19 between lift station No. 1 south of Independence Beach and County Road 24
and to assess the benefited properties for some or all of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution previously adopted by the city council, a feasibility
report has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates with reference to the
proposed sanitary sewer force main improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the city council hereby accepts the feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik & Associates for the Co.Rd. force main improvement project and will consider
construction of the improvement and the assessment of benefited properties for all or a portion of
the cost thereof, which cost is estimated to be $128,000.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Smith, Supel,
Workman, Zietlow and Lane
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
