CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-34
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY ROAD 19 FORCE
MAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the city council has approved the feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik & Associates regarding the sanitary sewer force main improvements along Co. Rd.
19 between lift station No. 1 south of Independence Beach and County Road 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of said improvement and to return the plans and
specifications to the city council at its earliest convenience.
2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed improvement has no
relationship to the city's comprehensive plan.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bruce
Workman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Workman,
Supel, Zietlow, Lane and Smith
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
