RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFIC�iTIONS '
AND M&�P OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PRO-
POSED IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF UNNAMED
STREETS COMMONLY KNOWN AS CORTL�ND AVENUE �1ND
LOUISE AVENUE,I9ND A PRIVATE STREET COMMONLY
KNOWN AS CHECK d�VENUE, ALL EWSTERLY OF WRIGHT
R049D, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED CL�Y
PIPE SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH AI,L INCI-
DENTAI, AND APPURTENANT WORK,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows: '
Section l. That plans and specifications No. 7g61-L-3 for
the improvement of portions of unnamed streets commonly known as
Cortland Avenue and Louise 6�venue, and a private street commonly
� known as Check �ivenue, all easterly of Wright Road, b,y the construction
of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, including manholes and pump
station, together with all incidental and appurtenant work, as prepared
and submitted by the City Engineer of said city on the 27th day of
September 1g61 be and the same are hereby adopted as the official
plans and specifications for doirig said work or making said improvement.
Said plans and specifications shall govern for all details of the pro-
posed work.
Section 2. That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1961-L-4
showing the district of land to be benefited by and to be assessed to
pay the cost and expenses of said work or improvement be and the same
is hereby adopted ae the official map of the assessment district for
