AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain
equipment is surplus property of the City, and as such represents a burdensome cost and
the property is no longer needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
