RESOLUTION N0. 61-64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD FIXING THE PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION, RECREATION COMMISSION AND
PERSONNEL BOARD OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
That all meetings of the Planning Commission, Reereation
Commission and Personnel Board, reoular and special, shall Y�e held
at the Council Chambers, in the Cizy Hall at 11j30 Bullis Road, City
of Lynwood, State of California, unless a meeting of the City Council
and a meeting of one of said commissions, or the Personnel Board, or
two of said commissions or of one conmiission and the Personnel Board
are scheduled for the same time, or at times when the meetin�s may
conflict, in which case Lhe City Manager shall designate an alternate
meeting place in the City=s facilities for the mee$ing of one of the
conmiissions or the Personnel Boarcl, provided that when an alternate
meeting place is designated in accordance herewith, a written notice,
signed by the City Manager, statind that the meeting of the coi�miission
or the Personnel Board is being held at another place and the date
and time of said meeting, and the place where said meeting is to be
held, shall be conspicuously posteQ at or near the door of the Council
Chambers at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time for said
m2eting.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1g61.
