REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JULY 15, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilson called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
8:26 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Wilson
Member -Capra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
Ms. Wong moved to excuse Vice Chairman Capra for cause, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Ms. Wong and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Wilson
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -Capra
ABSTAIN: Member -None.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 1, 2008, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -945 - APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 08 -945, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $107,270.66 DEMAND NOS. 3528, 3530 -3539 9$106,775.66 — FY
2007 -2008) AND DEMAND NO. 3529 ($495.00 — FY 2008 - 2009).
