CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-37
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR
BIDS FOR COUNTY ROAD 19 FORCE MAIN
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the city council has determined to construct certain sanitary sewer force main
improvements along Co. Rd. 19 between lift station no. 1 south of Independence Beach and Co. Rd.
24; and
WHEREAS, the city council has on this date approved the plans and specifications for the
making of said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates be authorized to advertise for the making
of said improvement as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jim Lane
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Lane, Smith, Zietlow,
Supel and Workman
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
