CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-38
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND
WILLOW DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, by resolution adopted February 6, 2001 the city council authorized the
preparation of plans and specifications for the T.H. 55 and Willow Drive intersection improvement
project; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, as consulting engineers on such
project and in cooperation with the Minnesota Department of Transportation ("MnDOT"), has
prepared said plans and specifications and presented them to the city council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The plans and specifications prepared and presented by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik &
Associates are approved.
2. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates is authorized and directed to seek approval of the
plans and specifications by MnDOT.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Smith, Supel,

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
