THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JANUARY 2, 2003
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5 p.m. Thursday, January
2, 2003 in the Community Room in the Municipal Building. Chairperson Bob Goodwin presided, with
Robin Henry, and Bruce Metzger in attendance. The following business was conducted:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
There were none.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
There were none.
CHANGE ORDER
A. City Engineer Bob Wiwi requested approval of a change order on the Robert Faus
Subdivision with a decrease of $963.79 and a new total of $165,843.21. Metzger moved
to approve, second by Henry and the motion was carried on a voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, and carried on a voice
vote, the meeting was adjourned.
