HomeMy Public PortalAboutM 1986-05-07 - CC172 ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MAY 7. 1986 The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned regular meeting in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 12 noon. Mayor Henning in the chair. Councilperson Byork, Morris, Thompson, Wells and Henning answered the roll call. Also present were City Manager Gomez and City Clerk Hooper. The City Manager updated Counci 1 with a report on the Zody' s Discussion site and the school district. HCDA Coordinator Jones attended zody's Site the school meeting with regards to their discussion of the Zody's site. She stated there was no commitment by the school district; therefore, The Sterick Corporation representing Ralph's Market stated they are going to continue developing the site. The City Manager inquired if Council wanted staff to start Negotiation negotiations on the Montgomery Wards property. After Council M W site discussion, it was approved by general consent to have staff bring information to the adjourned meeting of May 12, 1986. It was moved by Councilperson Wells, seconded by Councilperson Morris, and carried, to recess for lunch with Sheriff Block.
