REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 2, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilson called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
7:47 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Gillanders, Wong, Capra, Wilson
Member - Vizcarra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /Agency Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
Ms. Wong moved to excuse Mr. Vizcarra for cause, seconded by Vice Chairman Capra
and unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Gillanders moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Vice Chairman
Capra and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Gillanders, Wong, Capra, Wilson
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member - Vizcarra
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 19, 2008, as presented.
B. AMENDMENT TO D &H MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PARKING LOT
MAINTENANCE FOR BLOCK B
Approved an amendment to D &H Maintenance Agreement, in the amount of
$750.00, for parking lot maintenance in Block B.
C. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -949 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 08 -949, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $77,682.24 DEMAND NOS. 3549 THROUGH 3558.
