'Sale of. water The Mayor stated the pity of. Pico Rivera has requested that rights to Pico we sell them any water rights we will not utilize in the Rivera current fiscal year ending June 30th. I^le will have some water rights that we will not exercize and the City Engineer has assured us that we will lose no money in the transaction and recommends that we allow him to sell those rights to Pico Rivera. Engineering Department staff explained how the city would sell the water rights to the city of Pico Rivera. After Council discussion, It was moved by Councilperson Morris, seconded by Councilperson Thompson, to approve the recommendation to sell water rights to the city of Pico Rivera, that the city of Lynwood will not utilize in the current Fiscal year.
