RESOLUTION N0 60-5
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF'LYNW00D DECLARING,A NEED FOR A REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY, AND DECLARING LACK OF FUNDS
TO PAY EXPENSES OF SUCH AN AGENCY.
[�TIIEREAS, there exists im the City of Lynwood blighted
areas as defined in.Sections 33040 to 33044, inclusive, of the
Health and. Safety Code, and
WIIEREAS, the redevelopment of said blighted areas cannot
be accomplished by private enterprise alorie, and
WHEREAS, no budgetary funds have been appropriated to
the community redevelopment agency administrative fund.,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DECLARED:
(a) that there is a need for a redevelopment agency
as created by Sections 33002 and 33200 to 33333 inclusive, of the
Health and Safety Code to function in the City of Lynwood.
• (b) That there are no funds a.vailable with which to pay
any officers, agents, counsel or employees of such agency, or to
pay any expenses of inembers of the agency.
