RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE'PRO-
POSED IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON
' AVENUE BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND ATLANTIC AVENUE
BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED CLAY PIPE
SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL
AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows;
Sectiori l. That plans and specifications No, i959-J-3
£or the improvement of a pol of Pendleton Avenue between Elm
Avenue and Atlantic Avenue iy the construction of vitrified clay
pipe sanitary sewers, including'manhole, together with all inci-
dental and appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by.the City
Engineer o£ said city on the 16th day of February, 1960, be and
the same are hereby adopted as the official plans and speci£ications
for doing said work or making said improvement. Said plans and
specifications shall govern for all details of the proposed work.
� Section 2. Z"nat-the map or plat marked Plan.No. 1959-J-4
showing the district of land to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the cost and expenses of said work or improvement be and the.
same,is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district
for said work or improvement.
. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February 1960.
