RESOLUTION N0. 60-11
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A REPORT OF
MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYDIWOOD
FOR THE TWELVE MONTH PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1 1960.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereb5r resolve
as follo�rrs:
Section 1: That the Cit,y Engineer. be and he is hereby direct-
ed to make and file with the City Clerk of said City, a report, in
writing, covering the maintenance of all street lighting in said
city for a period commencing July l, 1960 and ending June 30 1g61.
Section 2: That said report shall contain the following:
(a) An estimate of the cost and er.pense of the improvement
£or the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) A diagram for the assessment district referred to in
Resolution of Intention No. 2794, also the boundaries and 3imensions
of the respective lots or parcels of land within the district as it
existed at the time of the making o£ the last mentioned diagram,
each of which lots or parcels shall be given a special number on the
diagram.
(c) A schedtile showing the proportionate amount o£ the
assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits to be received

by each lot or parcel shown on the diagram required by Subdivision (b�
of this section.
Section 3: Tha� such report shall be in compliance with the
provisions of the Street Lighting Act of lglg part l, Division 14,
Chapter 6 of the Streets and H ghways Code of the Sta,te of Ca,lifornia,
as amended.
