A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER AD1D AUTHOR-
IZIPdG THE LEVYING OF THE ASSESSMENT COVERING STREET
LIGHTING EXPENSES FOR THE 1960-61 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did, on the
lst day of March 1g6o file with the City Clerk, as directed by �
Resolution No.60-11 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, a
report setting forth the cost�s and expenses for street lighting
service in the City of Lynwood for the twelve-month period commenc-
ing July 1, lg6o together with the assessment diagram and assess-
ment roll. Said written,i report was made pursuant to the provisions
of Section 18090 and 18091 oi Chapter 6, Division 15, Part l, of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1, That said report, diagram, and assessment roll,
unmodified, is hereb� approved and a,dopted. .
Section 2. That the levying of the assessment as proposed in
said report is hereby authorized and a.pproved.
Section 3. That the City Clerk oP the City of Lynwood is
h�reby directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the diagram and assessment ro11 upon which said levy is based, and
said County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to make
collections of all such assessments and to perform all of the acts
and duties as are required by said act to be performed by the persons
designated a.s "Tax Collector" in Chapte^ 6, Division 14, Part 1, of
,` the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
