CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION 02-47
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Medina enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 83342
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the
intersection improvement and access modification construction and other associated
construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 55 from
Willow Drive to Mohawk Road within the corporate City limits under State Project No.
2722-61.
TT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE Mayor and the Acting Clerk -Treasurer are
authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
The motion for the doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Jim Lane and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith,Supel,Workman, Lane and Zietlow, and the following voted against same:
None
CERTIFICATION
I CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution
adopted by the Council of the City of Medina at an authorized meeting held on the 2nd
day of July, 2002, as shown by the minutes of the meeting in my possession.
