CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-48
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY ROAD 19 FORCE MAIN
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, by resolution adopted May 7, 2002, the city council authorized Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik & Associates to prepare plans and specifications for the Co. Rd. 19 force main
improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said improvement have been prepared and
presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The plans and specifications prepared and presented by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik &
Associates are hereby accepted.
2. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates is appointed as consulting engineer for the
improvement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Carolyn
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Supel, Smith,
Zietlow, Workman and Lane
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
