RESOLUTION No. 60-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON
AVENUE BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND ATLANTIC AVENUE BY
THE CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED CLAY PIPE SANITARY
SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT
WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l. That the assessment diagram for the improve- �
ment of a portion of Pendleton Avenue between Elm Avenue and Atlantic
Avenue, as shown on Plan No. 1959-J-4 on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved
and adopted.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said city is directed.
to certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent o£ Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day o£ May, 1960.
