RESOLUTION N0. 60-30
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON AVENUE
BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND ATLANTIC AVENUE BY THE
CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED CLAY PIPE SANITARY
SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND
APPURTENANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911," and amend-
ments thereto, the City.Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 60-8 on the 16th day of February i96o
declaring its intention to'order certain work to be done; reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for further
particulars, which Resolution is on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said city, and
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursu nt to said- Resolution of �
Intention have been had and, taken in the time, form, and manner
required by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment was
held. on the 8th day of June, 1960, and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
objections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the assessment is ,just and correct in
accordance with law, and that a11 actions, determinations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
and su£ficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessment is
legal, valid and suf£icient.
Section 2. That said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby confirmed, and,it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be

attachedthereto.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 8th day of June 1960.
