RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CI`PY OF L�ppD ADOPTING AND APPROVING
THE MASTER AGRE NT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETU AND HIGHWAYS CODE

WHEiZEAS, a master agreement has been presented to be
entered into with ttie Stat:e of Caliiornia for expenditure
of the engineering allocation in the City of Iynwood
, and;
4 � ��WHEREAS, the�city oouncil has heard'read�sa'id.agreement -
' in full and is familiar wi.th the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City oF Lynwood that said master
agreement be and it is hereby adopted to cover the budgeting
of proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation to
cities, and said agr�eemenL he and the same is hereby approved
and the mayor and the city cler�k are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said city, said agreernent to be binding
upon the c�ity upon its execution by the authorized officials
of the State. /
