RESOT�UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL
FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNAS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107,5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE
, WHEREAS, a master agreement has been (��s�ar��x�mxl�
��x�A� (executed) between the State of California
(cross out inapplicable phrase)
and the City of Lynwood for the expenditure
- of the engineering allocation to cities, and,

� � WHEREAS,�the city council has heard read said agreement
in flzll and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Lynwood that said budget propoeal
�e and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expendi-
tures of the engineering allocation to cities, and aaid
budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the
mayor and�or the city clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalf of said city, said budget proposal to be binding ,
upon the city upon its approval by the authorized officials
' of the State.
