RESOLUTION OF TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ENGINEER�S REPORT,,RND
AUTHORIZING LEVY OF ASSESSMENT COVERING THE
EXPENSE,OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING WEEDS.FOR
THE 1g60-61 FISCAL YEAR.
WI�EREAS, the City_Engineer has heretofore filed with the
City Council a report setting forth the actual coat for the.abatement
of dry and drying weeds that existed on' certain parcels of land in
the City of Lynwood for the 1960-61 fiscal year,
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City_of Lynwood as follows;
Section 1. That said report, together with the assessment
roll showing the various parcels o£ land assessed for abating said
nuisance „ is hereby ad.opted and approved unmodified.
Section 2. .That the levying of the assessment is' hereby
authorized and approved.
Seetion 3. `I`hat the City.Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit to the.County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment
roll for assessment and collection.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1960.
