RESOLUTION N0. 60-48
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT,
SIHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Diviaion of Highways, has presented an agreement
entitled "Freeway Maintenance agreement" which concerns State
Highway Route 167, within the limits of the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
Ti-IEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said maintenance agreement be and the same is hereby
approved'and the Mayor and theCity Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf o£ said Council.
ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1960.
