CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-54
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK
10, INDEPENDENCE BEACH TO BE APPROVED FOR
SALE TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER
WHEREAS, the city of Medina ("City") is the owner of certain tax forfeit land legally
described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 10, Independence Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the
"Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City has on even date herewith authorized the reconveyance of the Subject
Property from the City to the state of Minnesota to facilitate its sale to an adjacent property owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the Subject Property is hereby approved for sale to an adjacent property owner.
