For the purpose of computing the actual coat of the services� employees af the City performing work on the services shall be deemed to be paid an houriy rate equal to their total annual salary� plus the City's annual contribution to Social Security, Retirement, and Compensation Insurance if any, with respect to �ucY, emplovee, divided by 2,000� with appronriate adjustments *aith respect to, hour� iaorked during any period after any sutisequent change in annual salarv, In , ^onnection i,rith furnishing the services the Cit,y shall not be credited with the aotival cost of an,v portion thereof exceeding the maximum amount prescribed in "Fx7 B" in connection with such portion except to.the extent that it has com- pletad a:�y othe^ portion or portions o£ the services £or less than the maacimum amount prescribed fr.
