TOG & BG Joanne, below is proof positive that transcript was ordered by the Town as Mr. Sweetapple is an agent of the Town who actually defended Ms. Avery's deposition and has an appearance in the matter. I had knowledge of this prior to seeking the public record yet I was told the Town did not have this public record. I would like a copy of the transcript under Chapter 119 and a copy of the financial instruments and documents memorializing the transaction. Receipt, communications, invoices, ect. Thank you.
