Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried: 5-0.
3. Proclamation- Thanking Retired Judge Georgia Noriyuki for Her Years of Service
Mayor Vandernail and the TB Thanked Judge Noriyuki for 17 years and service
4. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes January 23, 2019
b) Resolution 2019-02-02 The Meadows at Grand Park Final Plat and Plan
c) Resolution 2019-02-03 Elk Creek Condos at Grand Park Final Plat and Plan
Trustee Meyring moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 5-0.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Resolution 2019-02-01 Adopting Fees for Water and Sewer Service
Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2019-02-01 Adopting Fees for Water and Sewer Service with the amended changes for
water consumption rate for residential uses to:
1. c. 1. Tier 1- 0-12,000
1. c. 2. Tier 2- 12,001-20,000
1. c. 3. Tier 3 $6.00.
Motion carried: 5-0

b) Economic Development Policy
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to renew the Economic
Development Policy as is and to expire January 1, 2020. Motion carried: 4-1, Nay
Meyring
6. Open Forum
a) Business not on the agenda
7. Updates-
a) Soles- Incentives for the "Indeed" Program
b) Soles- Nuisance dogs
c) Waldow- Letter of support for the Round Up Program
d) Mayor Vandernail- Attended the Transit Advisory Committee meeting. There will
be two new buses, voice control announcements for visually impaired and the
service to Granby is going well.
e) Northern IGA to help with funding for the Water Sewer Treatment Plant new
filters
f) Waldow- Attending the CML Legislative Conference on February 14, 2019
8. Adjourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 5-0. Meeting adjourned a 7:45 p.m.
