CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.02-61
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF
DEZIEL ADDITION
WHEREAS, David F. Deziel and Sharon A. Deziel (the "Applicants") are the fee owners of
property currently legally described as Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, Libby Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants wish to replat the Property into one lot; and
WHEREAS, the city council reviewed the proposed plat at its meeting on September 16,
2002; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have presented the final plat for approval, which plat has been
reviewed by the city staff for compliance with city ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final plat approval be granted to the Applicants for Deziel Addition, subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay the city an administrative fee in the amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and
2. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of
approval of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Workman, Smith, Zietlow,
Supel
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
