REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JULY 7, 2009
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wong called the Community Development and Housing Authority Regular Meeting
to order at 8:51 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple
City.

ALSO PRESENT: Interim Executive Director Burroughs, Interim Authority Counsel Vail,
Assistant Executive Director Lambert, Authority Secretary Flandrick
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Vizcarra moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Yu and
carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member - Chavez, Yu, Vizcarra, Wong
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member -None
ABSTAIN: Member - Sternquist
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved as presented:
1) Minutes of the Special Joint Meeting of June 3, 2009; and
2) Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 16, 2009.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 09 -972 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 09 -972, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $55,410.37 DEMAND NOS. 3671 THROUGH 3674 (FY 2008 - 2009).
