The Committee informally reviewed a plan location at 98 Rte 6A.
Applicant, Gaetano J. Bazzano of the Hole - In - One Coffee Shop &
Deli proposed to add a service entrance and enclose existing
hatchway on east side of existing building. No action was taken on
this plan.
The Committee informally reviewed a plan located on 210 Main
Street, Windmill Village. The applicants were Raymond and Joanne
Dobson. Description of the proj ect: Existing 2nd floor office
space (approved for 2870 s.f. and 6 employees) shall be changed to
3 dwelling units (1 BR each) and office space (852 s.f., 4
employees) The number of required parking spaces will be reduced
from 23 to 13. No action was taken on this plan.
The Committee discussed rules, regulations and procedures of the
Site Plan Review Committee.
MOTION:Steve Edwards moved to accept the minutes of 6/1/94,
6/16/94, 6/22/94, 7/6/94, 7/13/94, 8/10/94 and 8/17/94.
VOTE: 6-0-0, unanimous.
