HomeMy Public PortalAboutR 00:325No. 00-325 Date of Adoption OCTOBER 5 2000 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER WHEREAS, on May 18, 2000 the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret approved a contract to Marvec Construction Corp. in the amount of $366,800.00 and WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the governing body that a modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary, and WHEREAS, the Engineer has further certified that said modifications were unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $14~800.00 is hereby added to the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby approved. Adopted this 5th day of October, 2000 and Certified as a true copy of the original on October 6, 2000. KATHLEEN M.
