REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 18, 2009
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Vizcarra called the Community Development Agency Regular Meeting to order at
9:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

ALSO PRESENT: Interim Executive Director Burroughs, Interim Authority Counsel Vail,
Assistant Executive Director Lambert, Authority Secretary Flandrick
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Ms. Wong moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Chavez and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Chavez, Sternquist, Wong, Yu, Vizcarra
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
ABSTAIN: Councilmember -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved as presented`.
1) Minutes of the Special Meeting of July 30, 2009; and
2) Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 4, 2009.
B. JUNE TREASURER'S REPORT, FOURTH QUARTER PRELIMINARY REVENUE
AND EXPENDITURE SUMMARY REPORTS
Received and filed the June 2009 Treasurer's Report, and the Fourth Quarter
Preliminary Revenue and Expenditure Reports.
C. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 09 -975 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 09 -975, a RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM
OF $485,645.25 DEMAND NO. 3684 ($20,000.00 — FY 2008 -2009) AND DEMAND
NOS. 3685 -3688 (4465,645.25 — FY 2009 - 2010).
