RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS,,SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PROPOSED IM-
PROVEMENT OF THE FIRST ALLEY SOUTH OF WOODLAWN
AVENUE BETWEEN ERNESTINE AVENUE AND GERTRUDE
DRIVE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE
. GUTTER AND ASPHALT PAVING, TOGETHER WITH ALL
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows: �
Section l. That plans and specifications No. 1958-R-3
for the improvement of the first alley south of.Woodlawn Avenue between
Ernestine Avenue and Gertrude Drive by the construction of cement
concrete gu�ter and asphalt paving, together with all incidental and
appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer of
said city on the 5th day of January 1959 be and the same are hereby
adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing said work
or making said improvement. Said plans and specifications shall
, govern for all details of the proposed work.
Section 2. That the inap or plat marked Plan No. 1958-R-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed �
' to pay the cost and expenses of said work or improvement be and the
same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district
for said work or improvement.
