A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE,CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF
ABBOTT ROAD BETWEEN SAN JU�N AVENUE AND SAN
LUIS AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CON-
CRETE SIDEWALKS, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL AND
APPURTEN1aNT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l. That the assessment diagram for the improve-
ment of the north side of Abbott Road between.San Juan Avenue and
San Luis Avenue, as shown on Plan No. 1958-P-5 on file in the office
of the.City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby
. approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said city is directed
to certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Super;ntendent of Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January 195g.
