RESOLUTION N0. 59-10
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF ABBOTT ROAD
BETWEEN SAN LUIS AVENUE AND SAN JUAN AVENUE BY
_ THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE SIDEWALKS,
INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the-Streets
anc] Highways Code cited as the ° Improvement Act of'1911," and
' amendrnents thereto, the City Council of the City cf Lynwooc7 adopted
its Resolution of Intention No. 2852 on the 7th day of October, 1958,
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done; reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description o£
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for particulars,
which Resolution is on file in the office of the City,Clerlc of said
city, and
WII�REAS, the proceedings'pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention have been had an�d talcen in the time, form, and manner
required by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
' has been published, posted, and maYled,as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment I
was held on the 17th day of February 195g and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
objections,
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the.City Council of the
City of Lynwood_ ae follows:
_ Section 1. That the assessment is just and correct in
accordance with law, and that all actions, determinations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessment is
legal, valid, and sufficient.
• Section 2. That said proceedings and said assessment �re
hereby con£irmed, and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be

attached thereto.
