RESOLUTION N0. 59-11
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A REPORT
OF MAINTENANCE,OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE MONTH PERIOD COMMEN�ING
JULY 1, 1 959• �
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby <,
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the.City Clerk of said city a report,
in writing, covering the maintenance of all street lighting in said
city for a period commencing July l, 1959 and ending June 30 1960.
Section 2. That said report shall mntain the following:
(a) An estimate of the cost and expense of the improve- ,
ment for the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) A diagram for the.assessment district referred to in
Resolution of Intention No. 2794, adopted on the 15th day o£ April,
1958 and the boundaries and dimensions of the respective lots or
�parcels of land within the district as it existed at the time o£ the
making of the last mentioned diagram, each of which lots or parcels .
shall be given a special number on the diagram.
(c) A schedule showing the proportionate amount of the
assessment to be charged. in proportion to the benefits to be received
by each lot or parcel shown on the diagram required by.Subdivision (b)
of this section.
Section 3. That such report shall be in compliance with the
provisions of the Street Lighting.Act o£ lg1g Part l, Division 14,
Chapter 6 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
as amended,
