WHEREAS, the City of Tybee Island selected Greenline Architecture, P.C. (Contractor) as the architect
for the design of the public safety building pursuant to City of Tybee RFP #2012-633 (collectively"the
parties");
WHEREAS, the parties having negotiated an agreement for the Architect's services;
WHEREAS, the City of Tybee Island has indicated that it wishes to utilize a method of delivery not
contemplated by the above referenced RFP;
WHEREAS, the Architects have agreed to provide certain services related thereto over and above the
services contemplated by the Agreement Between the Owner and Architect, and the parties have negotiated
these services in the document attached hereto as Exhibit"A"; and
WHEREAS, the terms of this First Addendum shall be subject to the general terms of the Agreement
Between Owner and Architect(B101-2007), Exhibits A, B, and C.
NOW THEREFORE it is hereby agreed that the parties agree to be bound by the terms of this First
Addendum as follows:
1. Architect shall perform the services listed in Exhibit"A"to this First Addendum;
2. The City shall pay to Architect a fee not to exceed the sum of$7,000.00 for the performance of those
services.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Tybee Island and Greenline Architecture, P.C. have caused this
Addendum to be executed this day of , 2013.
