RESOLUTION N0. 59-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE
ASSESSMENT COVERING STREET LIGHTING EXPENSES
FOR THE 1959-6o FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS,.the City Engineer o£ the City o£ Lynwood did, on
the 17th day of March 1959 file with the City Clerk as directed by
Resolution No. 59-11 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, a
report setting forth.the costs and expenses for street lighting
service in the City of Lynwood for the twelve-month period commencing
July 1, 1959 together with the assessment diagram and assessment
roll. Said written report was made pursuant to the provisions of
Section 18090 and. 18091 oP Chapter 6, Division 15, Part 1, of the �
Streets and HighwayU Code o£ the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o£ the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l. That said report, diagram, and assessment roll,
unmodified, is hereby approved and adopted,
Section 2. That the levying of the assessment as proposed
in said report is hereby authorized and approved.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the diagram and assessment roll upon which said levy is based, and
said County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to make
collections of all such assessments and to perform all of the acts
and d-uties as are required by said act to be performed by the persons
designated as "Tax Collector" in Chapter 6, Division 14, Part l, of
,� the Streets and Highways Code of the State o£ California.
