RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF •
LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS
PRESENTED AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR.

resolve.as follows:
