RESOLUTION OF TIL CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY
OF I,YN?��OOD APPROVIl�TG THF; ENGINEER' S REPORT,
AND AUTHORIZING LEVY OF AS�iESS]�IFNT COVP;RING
THE EXPENSL OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING I�TEEDS
FOR THE 195g-60 FISCAI, YEAR. �
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed
with the City Council a report setting forth the actual cost
for the abatement of dry and drying weeds that existed on
certain parcels of land in the City of I,ynwood for the 1959-60
fiscal year.
ATOW, THEREFORI;, BE IT R:SOLVED by the City Council
of the City of I,ynwood ae follows:
Section 1: That said report, together with the
assessment roll showing the various parcels of land assessed
for abating said nuisance, is hereby adopted and approved
unmodified.
Section 2: That the levying of the assessment is
hereby authorized and approved.
Section 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed
to transmit to the County�o£ Zos �ngeles `Pax Collector the
assessment roll for assessment and collection.
