Architect's tasks
Task Hours
• Greenline to assist in preparing pre-qualification criteria and
the prequalification process.
• Greenline to write "CM at Risk" solicitation for City of Tybee; 6
review document with City and City Attorney
• Greenline to review Contractor responses to solicitation 14
• Greenline to meet with the City to discuss the following: 6
o City's responses to Contractor submissions
o Help City establish "short list" of Contractors
o Help City establish Contractor interview criteria
and scoring
• Greenline to sit in on Contractor interviews 6
• Greenline to meet with City to discuss interviews and 4
help make "CM at Risk" selection
• Greenline to attend Council meeting in support of City's 3
contractor selection.
Total Hours 39
Fee for service will be hourly not to exceed $7,000
