RESOLUTION NO. 03-09
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
(DNR) SNOWMOBILE ENFORCEMENT GRANT FOR 2003
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has approved and participated in the Department of
Natural Resources snowmobile enforcement grant in the past and has accepted the grant
for the calendar year of 2003.
WHEREAS, the City of Medina is accepting this grant for the use in promoting the safe
operation of snowmobiles in the City of Medina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the City of Medina
is accepting the enforcement grant from the Department of Natural Resources and giving
Police Chief Edgar J. Belland the authorization and direction to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Medina.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Brinkman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
