CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 03-10
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING OF THE LIVINGWORKS VENTURES LODGE AT
3200 DOUGLAS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina supports affordable housing for people with disabilities;
and,
WHEREAS, the LivingWorks Ventures Lodge at 3200 Douglas Drive would be
available to qualifying residents of the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the City of Medina
recommends to the Consolidated Pool Selection committee that CDBG funding for the
LivingWorks Ventures Lodge be approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
