RESOLUTION N0 59_43
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLI-
DATED SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain areas of land as hereinafter described, to said City of
Lynwood, and. _. .
WHEREAS, the State o£ California Health and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7, provides that whenever any
portion of a district is included within a city by reason of annexation, F ,
such portion may be withdrawn from the district by request of the City
Council,
NOj,d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board. of Supervisors of Los Angeles
County to exclude from the District those portions of the Consolidated �
Sewer Maintenance District lying within the following described areas
of land:

Ozell Manor Annex #6 651 August 7, 1956
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Tract No..1862g as
shown on map recorded in Book 546, pages 39 and. 40 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California, said point being on the easterly boun-
dary Iine of the City of Lynwood. as said boundary line existed April 18,
1955 thence northerly along said boundary line to the most easterly
corner of said Tract No. 1862� thence South 71 10i�' 55" East 484.00
feet;,thence South 18 55�t� 10' West 464.78 feet to a point on the
southerly.line of Lot 2 of J. J. Bullis Tract as shown on map recorded
in Book 3, pages 612 and 613 of Miscellaneous Record.s of Los Angeles
County;.thence North 71 lOt 55" West along said southerly line of Lot
2 484.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Tract No. 17484 as
shown on map recorded in Boo�C 424, pages 43 and 44 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County,.California, said point being on the boundary line
of the City of Lynwood as said bound.ary line existed October 22 1956
thence northerly along said boundary line and following the same in all
its various courses to' the intersection with the northerly prolongation
of the easterly line of Lot 67 of Tract No. 11632, as shown on map
recorded in Book 210, pages 29 and 30 of Maps, Records of said County,
said last described. line being on the boundary line of the City of
Compton as said boundary existed October 22 1956 thence southerly in
a direct line through the southeasterly corner o£ Lot 54 of said Tract
No. 1163z to the center line of 0landa Street, 60 feet wide, as shown
on said last ment3oned map; thence westerly along said last mentioned.

with the aforementioned boundary line of the City of Compton; thence
northerly along said last mentioned boundary line and following the
same in all its various courses to the point of beginning.
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
and ordered to file a copy of this resolution with the Board of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County.
