RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF
LYNWOOD WITFIDRAWING CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND AN- •
NEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE SOUTHEAST MOS�,UITO
ABATEMENT DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the.City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain.areas of'1and, as hereinafter described, to said City of
Lynwood-, and �
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 6.5 (Sections 235o and "2351), provides
that whenever any,portion of a district is included wi�hin.a city.by
reason of annexation, such portion may be tivi�hdrawn from the district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the.following described area of'land be and the
same is hereby,declared withdrawn from said Southeast Mosquito Abate-
ment District of Los Angeles County:
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE N0. DATE

Beoinning at the southeasterly oorner of Tract No. 18629
as shown on map recorded in Book 546 pages 39 arid 40 of Maps, records
of Los Angeles County, California, said point being on the easterly I I
boundar line of the City of Lynwood as said boundary line existe'd �
April l�, 1955; thence northerly along said boundary line to the most '�
easterly corner o£ said Tract No. 18629 thence South 71 10�t 55�� East �
484.00 feet; thence South 18 55� 10 West 464.78 feet to a point on ��
the southerly 13ne of Lot 2 of J. J..Bullis Tract as shown on map
recorded in Book 3, pages 612 and 613 of Miscellaneous Records oP Los
.' Angeles County; thence North 71 10'r 55" West along said aoutherly
line o£ Lot 2�8�F.00 feet to the point.of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is' directed and
ordered to file copies of this resolution with the State.Board of
Equal�zation, the Southeast Mosquito Abatement District, and the
