RESOLUTION N0. 59-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CALLING A
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, THS
12TH DAY OF APRIL, i96o IN SAID CITY.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City o£
Lynwood, California, as follows:
Section 1. That a general municipal election be, and
the same is hereby ordered. and called in said city for Tuesday,
the 12th day of Apri1 1960 for the purpose of electing the
followirig officers:
Three (3) members of the City Council of the
, City of Lynwood £or the full term of four (4) years;
Section 2. That the City Clerk is authorized to conduct
said election and perform the duties imposed upon him in accordance
with the provisions of the.Elections Code of the State of California.
Section 3. .That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
